1. Once you have selected your chosen cruising holiday call us on 0845 430 0274 or contact your ABTA travel agent. Our reservation lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm.

2. Subject to availability, your chosen cabin accommodation will be reserved in your name for a five-day provisional option period and during this time you are under no obligation.

3. To proceed ahead with the booking send us a completed booking form and deposit of £200 per person or full payment within 56 days of sail date together with the appropriate insurance premium should you wish to take advantage of our insurance cover detailed on this page.

4. Following receipt of the booking form and remittance which must be received within the option period, we will forward a confirmation invoice to you, or your agent, detailing the costs of your holiday. Should you subsequently cancel your cruising holiday our standard cancellation charges will apply.

5. Final balance payments including any other optional extras, such as shore excursions, must be received by us no later than 56 days prior to sail date and sent with the remittance advice from the confirmation invoice.

6. All payments can be made by cheque, Mastercard or Visa credit cards (2% transaction charge) or Maestro or Delta cards (no charge).

7. Once full payment has been received, travel documents comprising tickets, embarkation details, general cruise information, baggage labels and the final shore excursion programme will be sent approximately 14 days prior to sail date.
